4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most regions worldwide, excluding select remote areas and parts of Asia.

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Process: Initiate a return/exchange by emailing [email protected] within the 15-day window.
• Final Sale Items: SHOELACES, BAG CHARMS, SHOE CHARMS, and ACCESSORIES removed from sealed packaging cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing times vary by financial institution (5-10 business days for cards, 3-7 for PayPal).

6. Intellectual Property
