  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Style Note: To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept returns on SHOELACES, BAG CHARMS, SHOE CHARMS, or any ACCESSORIES that have been removed from their original sealed packaging. These items are considered final sale due to their personalizable and intimate nature, much like the curated details in our MAKE IT METALLIC or MESH collections.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once your return is authorized, please securely pack the item(s) in their original box and the original Dolce Vita shipping box if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our returns center. Please note that pre-paid return labels are not automatically provided. If your return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will gladly provide a return label and instructions.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

For Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will process your refund. You will receive a confirmation email.

For Exchanges: As we process exchanges manually, please indicate the desired new item and size/color in your initial email. After your return is received and approved, we will process a refund. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
